What this application does

healthyiliving helps an account holder keep separate, patient-controlled health records for themselves and people they care for. It supports structured details, readings, symptoms, treatments, investigations, imaging documents, and an appointment summary.

The application is still under development and has not been released to the public. Subscription billing, SMS sign-in, clinician accounts, and automated clinical decision-making are not enabled in this release.

Help

Using your record

1. Check the persistent Viewing label before adding or reviewing information.
2. Use Add for a reading, symptom, result, medicine, scan, or concern.
3. Complete My details gradually. Each section saves separately.
4. Use Doctor View during an appointment or print it for discussion.
5. Only upload documents you are authorised to store in this record.

Privacy & data protection

Your information

The application stores information entered by the account holder and keeps each profile scoped to its owning account. Health documents are served through authenticated, ownership-checked downloads rather than public file links.

Pre-release notice: a final privacy notice, lawful-basis record, retention schedule, data-subject request process, processor disclosures, and operator contact details must be approved and published before launch. This page is not the final legal notice.

Security

How access is protected

Patient sign-in uses a single-use email code and a protected session cookie. Administrative access is separate and role-controlled. Sensitive writes use request verification, account/profile ownership checks, parameterised database queries, and security audit events.

No online service can promise absolute security. Sign out on shared devices, protect access to your email account, and do not share sign-in codes.

This development build is for authorised evaluation only. Do not use it for emergency care, diagnosis, treatment decisions, or as the only copy of a medical record. Final operator-approved terms must replace this notice before public release.

The interface uses labelled controls, keyboard-visible focus, semantic landmarks, text alternatives, responsive layouts, and status labels that do not rely on colour alone. Accessibility testing and a formal conformance statement remain required before launch.
